Natural Remedies by Using Herbal Products and Supplements

Because the human body is an organism, what you put in it will result in what you will get out of it.  There are products available which provide natural remedies for your better health and hence, the focus of this site. Of course, genetics, diet, exercise, environment and other factors all certainly play a vital role in ones health.

Just know that the pesticides on vegetables sold in grocery stores and the hormones added to poultry, beef, etc. are certainly not natural. In the world we live in today there is little than one can do to completely stay away from the free toxins that are everywhere, but there are approaches that can be taken for a better quality of life.

An important choice we make is what types of foods and supplements we either ingest or apply topically. This site is for those who feel the need to be slightly more proactive in their approach towards choices.  Perhaps it is time to realize that there are ways to improve one’s quality of life through a more natural way of living.  What I mean by that is simply to be more conscientious about options whether this is about:

  • eating more green vegetables like kale in lieu of man-made/pre-packaged products
  • stopping smoking
  • reducing stress, etc.

The point is that there are natural remedies available for you.

I’ve chosen to address this topic because it has been an important issue to me for as long as I can remember. In fact, I began using natural toothpastes and shampoos back in the mid-80′s, I basically don’t wear deodorant, I shop at the Whole Foods stores and make a conscious effort to eat healthy, not smoke, exercise, and am working on reducing stress; that one may be the toughest one to kick. Why no deodorant? I just don’t like a chemical on me everyday of my life, so I use it on rare occasions. Information about natural deodorant choices will be provided at some point in the future.

Stop for a minute and consider all of the pesticides and insecticides that are in our food supply and make whatever efforts you can to reduce your exposure to them. If you are able to purchase organic foods and reduce your exposure to different types of toxins, then your body will benefit from this long term. As another option, there are also natural cleansing agents available that help cleanse the body of toxins.

The supplements reviewed here, and the future products to be reviewed, are all defined as natural by the manufacturers. The object of this site is to provide you with a fair critique of the products so that you are more informed when making your decision about them. I am providing you with an honest assessment of these products, but I certainly encourage you to seek the advice of a doctor if you have additional questions about the use of any products presented.

More products will continue to be added, so always feel free to check on updates.

Please also include in your routine, proper diet and exercise.  Do yourself a favor to become more educated about what works best for you and take charge with this very important facet of your life.

In closing, as the old saying goes….”an apple a day keeps the doctor away”, but try to make sure the apple these days is organic! Perhaps have some probiotics or organic kale instead!

A toast to good health……..
